THE PEOPLE'S LIBRARY, MIDDAY β The scent of parchment and ink was in the air. Quiet, page-turning silence draws in all walks of life.
The People's Library stands as a testament to Elowen Corvidae and Lady dβAuclaire's dedication and vision. A forgotten relic now thrives under their guidance, breathing new life into the community.
Elowenβs passion came from "reading a lot as a child." Their family didnβt have much, Elowen made the most of what they had. When they did go to school, they learned to read and write and fully utilized the knowledge they had.
They recently held a competition for the 'Classic Love Story' as a way to "inspire people to use their creativity.β
At the heart of it all is something Elowen calls βThe Spirit of Writing.β
βThe feeling you get when you're inspired to read or write, like an influence on you to make you feel that feeling.β
Itβs that untapped creativity.
Elowenβs attention to detail is noted. Organizing new donations? Elowen reviews every donation or book given to ensure it is in good borrowing condition.
They also offer βprinting services and storage for those who wish to keep documentation in a neutral space.β
Donations are being accepted for the library.
The Spirit of Writing awaits.
