Purpose of Event: This event is the progression of Investigating Doctor Leo's cart.
Rating: Most likely Moderate if not Peaceful. I'm not sure. We'll be ready for combat if there is any.
Event Prompt: A similar goal from last event: to seek Dr. Leo, and/or figure out the cause of destruction of his cart.
