Physiology
Appearance: 6'6" tall, has pitch black hair that is usually kept short or shaved almost entirely off, rarely is long but unkempt, but is seen to be wavy when it is kept long. Eyes are yellow, and reflect light - one of the tells of their wolf shifter heritage. Has pointed, elven ears that when their hair is long sticks out from beneath. Pale skinned. Teeth have sharpened canines, visible when they speak. Is extremely muscular due to years of rough living. Chest is flat and has scars that can be visible depending on what they're wearing, and has a lot of arm and body hair both due to their wolf shifter heritage as well as by personal preference.

Qualities
Intelligence: Never formally educated but an avid reader and thinker, which helps make up for that fact. Quick learner. Clever. Eloquent during the times they do speak due to their love for reading, which has only intensified since coming back to Sanctuary.

Strengths: Their physical strength, being a quick learner and quick on the uptake, their disregard for the law and authority figures, the care for those they've grown close to or care for, their want to protect and help the vulnerable and the disadvantaged.
Weaknesses: Can go overboard for those they care about, their disregard for the law and authority figures, can overestimate their own knowledge and ability at times.
Fears: Loneliness, losing loved ones, being confined to one place without escape, feeling weak, feeling out of control.
Temper: Calm, almost to a fault, unless someone they care about gets hurt. Goes with the flow otherwise.
Combat
Peaceful or Violent: Peaceful, unless threatened - or unless someone they care for is threatened.
Exercise: Living in the wilderness has been its own exercise - when they're not in wolf form, they do things like haul wood for fires and water to drink, they hunt, and for added bonuses they lift rocks and boulders because they prefer being muscular for their own personal reasons. They also shadowbox - meaning they spar by envisioning an opponent in their minds eye, sometimes.
Training: Has some training in unarmed fighting, very adept at combat in wolf form.
Skills
Rune has a mixed bag of skills - most of them backed up with the strength and constitution of their body, some from experience with thievery. He also has some training in Unarmed fighting, and hopes to learn more about Melee, but currently their two best weapons are their senses and their fists. That said, his skills have atrophied quite a bit due to having stayed almost entirely in wolf form in the woods for an unknown amount of time; this does, however, mean that he can be quite vicious once shifted.

Shifter Traits

Wolf Form - Bite Attack, the shifter may use their bite attack while in shifted form. This attack counts as a Short, Medium weapon and uses [Body+Unarmed].
Ethics and Motivations
Personality: Quiet, a man of few words. Calm, though seems to have an undercurrent of anger just beneath the surface at all times. Friendly when spoken to, but aloof, at least until you get to know them a bit - warms up over time.
Religious Values: Has a strong dislike of religion due to being a shifter, knowing the gods hate them for it. Also hates the body they were originally born into which exacerbates matters. Doesn't hate or judge those who are religious, but doesn't understand it, either.
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Goals: To find a home in Sanctuary, and to not feel so alone anymore.
