"Without day, there is no night. Without Chaos, there is no Order."

There is a tale about your shadow that you should know, they are like mirrors into the night and there are creatures there that do not enjoy being trapped in the endless dark. One day everyone’s shadow attempted to break from the night and consume the day so that we would see the world like they do, but one enjoyed watching from such a distance and protected us.

The shadows attempted to break free on a night with no moon and this one singular creature stood against them, explaining that the balance needed to be protected and without day they would have no purpose. It was this shadow that fought and consumed and conquered until all others obeyed, and so they are locked away hidden from our sight and our day. But beware the night for the shadows still wait for the end of day when the line between our shadows and the dark mix and open.
