“It is only through the discovery of fire that we have formed the earliest eras of civilization.
That primal burning, that warm yearning of the soul, is a force to be revered for all time."



Fire magic thrives in power, capable of incinerating anything that stands against it.
Though often a force of destruction, it has historically been used to inspire as well.

Within such power however lies the singular focus of using it to the fullest.
Fire thrives on swiftly fueling its own ends, not slowly simmering to mere embers.

In essence, Fire thrives to quickly overcome threats, yet struggles when they are drawn out.

Description: The caster attacks a target with their magic, dealing Roll Damage and [Burned] for 1 round upon failure.
Name: Siphon Pyro

Effect: Boon
Range: 5 blocks
Casting Time: Bonus Action
Duration: Instant
Casting Roll: No Roll
Description: The caster absorbs the presence of heat or fire within a short distance, empowering themselves. This reduces the cost of their next Fire Spell by 1 Astrium, and causes it to deal an additional Minor Wound if it successfully damages a target.

Valid sources are things such as: Heat, Fire Blocks, Torches, Lanterns, ETC. This consumes it in the process.

This cannot reduce the cost of a spell beyond 0.
Name: Blast Palm

Effect: Damage
Range: 2x3x1 Area in front of Caster
Casting Time: 1 Turn
Duration: Instant
Casting Roll: Mind + Arcana
Description: The caster creates a small blast in front of them, detonating in a wide area. Any targets in range must roll a defense against the caster’s spell roll, inflicting Roll Damage up to a Moderate Wound and a 3-Blocks Knockback on failure.

Apprentice

Description: The caster creates a damage burst in a nearby area. Targets inside of this area must roll against the casters spell roll, or be inflicted with Roll Damage and [Burned] for 1 round upon failure.
Name: Blast Boost

Effect: Movement
Range: Self
Casting Time: Bonus Action
Duration: 1 Round
Casting Roll: Mind + Arcana
Description: The caster launches themselves forwards, firing themselves like a projectile. This allows them to travel up to 10 Blocks and clear obstructions up to 10 Blocks tall. If the caster collides with a target at the end of the dash, the target must roll a defense against the caster’s spell roll, dealing a Minor Wound on failure.

Casting Roll: Mind + Arcana, 3+ Successes
Description: The caster coats themselves in a cloak of flame, enhancing themselves. While the cowl persists, their Fire Magic spells deal an additional Minor Wound, and inflict [Burned] for 1 round on successful attacks. This provides relief from intense cold, immunity from the [Slowed] effects applied by Water Magic while increasing their vulnerability to the heat.
